Position: Director of Nursing
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7 am – 3 pm and on-call as needed
Reports to: CEO

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
· Respond as needed to patient acute care needs.
· Assist in mediating conflicts between patients and medical staff.
· Prepare and submit monthly DEA audit reports to the CEO.
· Provide on call coverage.
· Oversee the progress and productivity of staff through monthly staff meetings and ongoing supervision.
· Attend scheduled Intake Committee meetings.
· Coordinate with the Clinical Director to schedule monthly in service trainings for entire staff.
· Assist the CEO with COA requirements, and onsite DEA and State Inspections.
· Provide PQI support and data as requested
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
